1 General Provisions

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit at 222bet is ৳200. Accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). Once a deposit is successful, it is generally credited to the account within a few minutes.

Depositing from a third-party account is prohibited. The source of deposits must always be a payment account registered in your own name.

4.2 Withdrawals

4.3 Transaction Limits and Security

222bet reserves the right to suspend transactions if suspicious activity is detected. Transactions identified as part of money laundering or fraudulent activities will be cancelled and the relevant authorities may be notified.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. The bonus amount must be wagered 10 times before it can be withdrawn.

For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000 — and you must meet a wagering requirement of ৳2,000 × 10 = ৳20,000 on the bonus.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period; once it expires, the bonus will be cancelled.
• A bonus may only be usable on specific games or categories.
• If bonus abuse or manipulation is suspected, the bonus may be cancelled.
• Special conditions may apply to each promotion, which will be stated on that offer's page.
• It may not be possible to combine multiple bonuses at the same time.

5.3 VIP Cashback

222bet's VIP programme has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Cashback is available on weekly net losses — up to 0.5% for Bronze, up to 1.0% for Silver, and up to 1.5% for Gold. Example: as a Silver member, if your net loss for the week is ৳20,000, you will receive ৳20,000 × 1.0% = ৳200 cashback.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Validity

Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or changed, unless the bet becomes void due to a technical error or event cancellation. If bet processing is disrupted due to loss of internet connection, the server record will be considered final.

6.2 Odds and Results

222bet sets odds according to the market and reserves the right to change odds at any time. The odds at the time a bet is confirmed will apply. Winnings will only be paid out once the event result has been verified.

6.3 Cancelled Events

If an event is fully cancelled, the original stake of the bets on that event will be refunded. For partially completed events, the decision of 222bet will be considered final.

6.4 Live Betting

222bet reserves the right to cancel bets placed late in live betting that are found to have been placed based on events that have already occurred. Bets placed at clearly incorrect odds may also be cancelled.

7 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities constitutes a violation of these terms and may result in account cancellation:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Exploiting the bonus system to gain unfair advantages (bonus abuse)
• Conducting transactions using a third-party payment account
• Playing games using computer programs, bots, or automated software
• Interfering with the platform's security systems or attempting to hack it
• Selling, renting, or transferring an account to a third party
• Participating in or assisting with fraudulent activities
• Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering

8 Account Closure and Suspension

8.1 Closure by 222bet

In cases of terms violations, fraudulent activities, or suspicious behaviour, 222bet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without notice. In such cases, the account balance may be withheld or forfeited.

8.2 Closure by the User

You may close your own account at any time by contacting the 222bet support team. Any pending bets or withdrawal requests will be settled before the account is closed.

8.3 Voluntary Break (Self-Exclusion)

As part of responsible gambling, you may request that your account be temporarily closed for a specific period. Contact the support team for more details about this option.
